All items at Lena’s Chic Closet are pre-loved and come directly from my personal wardrobe. Because of the unique nature of secondhand pieces, all sales are final and items are sold as-is.
Please review descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help you feel confident before you buy.

🔁 Returns
At Lena’s Chic Closet, most items are final sale due to their pre-loved nature. However, if a return is approved, a pre-paid return shipping label will be provided for your convenience. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
To ensure fairness for all customers, we reserve the right to decline return requests in cases of frequent or excessive returns.
All return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, returns requested after this window cannot be accepted.

At Lena’s Chic Closet, I personally guarantee the authenticity of every item. However, due to the pre-loved nature of these pieces, I do not offer any warranty or guarantee on workmanship.
Should an item develop signs of wear or defects over time, the responsibility for any repairs lies with the buyer.

🚚 When Will My Order Ship?
At Lena’s Chic Closet, I strive to process and ship all orders as efficiently as possible. Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days from the purchase date.
Please note: I ship Monday through Friday and do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as FedEx or USPS. Complimentary ground shipping is available on U.S. orders over $500.

At this time, Lena’s Chic Closet ships exclusively within the United States and Canada.

📦 Damaged Orders in Transit
While I take great care in packaging each order, Lena’s Chic Closet is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
