1. Personal Collection

All items sold on this site are pre-loved pieces from my personal wardrobe. They are not new, and may show gentle signs of wear. I strive to describe and photograph each item as accurately as possible.

2. Authenticity

Every item is personally sourced and owned by me. I guarantee the authenticity of all designer goods listed for sale.

3. Condition & Workmanship

Because these are secondhand items, they are sold as-is. No warranties or guarantees of workmanship or condition are provided. Buyers are responsible for reviewing photos and descriptions prior to purchase.

4. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of personal resale, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. I do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in rare approved cases. Please contact me with questions before completing your purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via trusted carriers. Complimentary ground shipping is available for U.S. orders over $500. I currently ship within the United States and Canada only.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is respected at all times. Personal information is only used for order processing and communication (see Privacy Policy for full details).

7. Limitation of Liability

Lena’s Chic Closet is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including delays, lost shipments, or damage during transit. Once an item is shipped, liability transfers to the carrier.

All content on this site—including photos, product descriptions, and branding—is the property of Lena’s Chic Closet and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
