At Lena’s Chic Closet, I package and ship every order with care—because these pre-loved pieces deserve a fabulous send-off.

📦 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days from the time of purchase. Please note that orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

✈️ Shipping Destinations

Currently, I ship within the United States and Canada only. I do not offer international shipping at this time, but I hope to expand in the future.

📮 Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as FedEx. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

🎁 Complimentary Shipping

Enjoy free U.S. ground shipping on all orders over $500.

📦 Lost or Damaged Items

Once your package leaves my hands, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Lena’s Chic Closet is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit. If something happens, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim, and save all packaging materials for documentation.
